RETURNS POLICY

We think our products are awesome and we will do all we can to ensure you buy the one that’s right for you first time around so if you have any questions before you purchase, just get in touch. We’ll be happy to send you more photos or a video of the product and we will answer any questions you have to the best of our ability as we’d much rather our customers were sure about a purchase instead of rushing in. If you don't find one you love as much as we do straight away then the best option might be to discuss a bespoke order with us. If you do find yourself in a situation where you have purchased a product and it turns out that its not quite right for you then you can swap it for another one of the same value or lesser value without charge on just one occasion (we would refund the difference if you chose a lesser value product to swap with). This must take place within 5 days of delivery. If you do not wish to swap for another product and would like to return the item then you can do this within 7 days of delivery. This will be subject to a collection charge based on your location (minimum charge £5 - maximum charge £700) As long as the product is in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund for your order. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage on the item. We will complete any collections and process refunds within 28 days.
